Use over a wood fire to combine the high heat searing with hint of smoke flavor.
Weighing in at 31lbs. (14kg) Very heavy duty with 1/4″ thick (6.35mm) thick carbon steel construction. Optimum for heat retention and distribution.

Care is the same as a cast iron skillet. Wash, dry and oil with food grade oil, lard or tallow.
