Alfresco Solid Fuel Insert SFI-POD
The Solid Fuel Insert turns your gas Alfresco into a wood-fired grill without giving up the convenience of gas. Drop the specially designed insert into the grill, fill it with hardwood, lump charcoal, or another solid fuel, and you get genuine wood-cooking flavor from the same grill you use on a weeknight. When you want gas back, lift it out.
This is the accessory that answers the gas-versus-charcoal question by refusing it. Sear a steak over live coals on Saturday, run the burners on Tuesday, and never own two grills. It is part of Alfresco’s plug-and-play drop-in accessory system, the same family as the Commercial Griddle, Indirect Roasting Pod, and Steamer/Fryer, all of which use the same grill opening.
