Key Features and Benefits
- Cook at different levels: the Classic II’s two-tier Divide & Conquer cooking system lets you position different foods at different heights above the charcoal.
- Adjust airflow as you cook: the Kontrol Tower top vent helps you manage cooking temperature, while the Air Lift hinge makes the ceramic dome easier to lift.
- Choose a smooth or ribbed cooking surface: the reversible cast iron griddle retains heat and works with the Divide & Conquer system.
- Separate ash from reusable charcoal: lift and shake the stainless steel charcoal basket to remove loose ash. Its divider also lets you bank charcoal on one side.
