The Smart Grid System (SGS) of the Monolith Classic Pro Series 2.0
The innovative SGS makes it possible to use split grilling surfaces on different levels. The grid is divided in the middle so that the grilling surface can be flexibly equipped with half grids, cast iron grids, deflector stones or stainless steel drip trays. This allows you to grill directly and indirectly at the same time without having to readjust the grill. The deflector stone and fat drip tray are thermally decoupled, which significantly reduces the risk of a fat fire.
Perfect temperature control thanks to an airtight system
The entire system of the Monolith Classic Pro 2.0 is designed to be airtight. As a result, not only is the charcoal glowed through efficiently, but it also goes out quickly and can be reused for the next barbecue. The cast iron lid valve ensures precise heat control without temperature fluctuations.
High-quality materials and durable construction
The multi-piece firebox minimizes the risk of stress cracks in the ceramic and can be replaced if necessary. The integrated ash shovel makes it easy to empty the ashes. The powder-coated steel frame and bamboo side tables provide a stable and durable base for your barbecue experience.
