The big one. With an impressive weight of 140 kg, the MONOLITH LeChef is the heavyweight in the Monolith product range. It is particularly suitable for preparing large quantities of meat and for cooking different foods and dishes at the same time. Grilling, baking, smoking, smoking and cooking – everything is possible – in unimagined dimensions. The grid diameter of 52 cm and the extension with an additional grill grid and a 2nd grid level enable use at catering, street food events, gastronomy and grill competitions, as well as larger celebrations. With the unique chip feeder system, smoked wood can be added to the embers via the flap in the body without opening the lid of the grill. Complemented by an extensive range of accessories such as a cast iron grid, pizza stone or plancha, the MONOLITH Le Chef is the ultimate outdoor kitchen.
Even in the Pro Series 2.0, the LeChef remains the king of the Monolith models. It is also equipped with the cast-iron, more manageable exhaust air valve and has the improved seal made of glass fiber and metal strips. In addition, the LeChef is now also Guru-ready and has a built-in adapter for the BBQ Guru Blower.
The barbecue is available in black and red. Available as a version with frame and side tables made of bamboo, as well as without frame and side tables with ceramic feet for installation in our buggy or your self-designed outdoor kitchen.
