The Monolith Grill TWO.55 once again sets new standards in terms of ceramic grills. The new revised details offer even more convenience, durability and flexibility than the Pro series 1.0.
What’s new? The upgrades of the TWO.55
First of all: the entire inner workings of the ceramic grill have not changed compared to the Pro Series 1.0. Everything has remained the same with the tried-and-tested and ingenious SGS grill system and multi-piece firebox. The updates focus on small but crucial details:
- New hinge system: offset pivot point of the lid on TWO.55 models for even less effort when opening the lid
- New gasket: Made of stainless steel and fiberglass for longer durability and easy cleaning
- New lid valve: The new revised cast iron valve now directs the smoke vertically and offers even more stability thanks to the slide system
- Guru-ready: All ceramic barbecues in the TWO.55 series already have a permanently integrated BBQ Guru adapter. No more need to fit adapter plates

The Smart Grid System of the TWO.55 from Monolith
With a grid diameter of 44 cm, the Monolith TWO.55 is the first choice for grilling, baking, smoking, smoking and cooking. The Smart Grid System gives you complete flexibility when preparing your food – even on several levels if required.
The innovative system enables the use of divided grilling surfaces on different levels in the grill grid system. The grilling grid is divided in the middle so that the grilling surface can be laid out with only half a grid. The same applies to cast iron grates, deflector stones, cast iron plancha and stainless steel drip trays.
This 1/2 division is also continued with the grease drip trays and the deflector stone, so that you can even use a direct and an indirect zone in the grill at the same time.
The deflector stone and grease drip tray are thermally decoupled, which significantly reduces the risk of a grease fire.
The Smart Grid System is completed by two practical handles that allow the entire system to be removed from the body in one piece.
The airtight system ensures constant temperatures in the Monolith
All components of the Monolith ceramic grill are designed for a strong>airtight system. The high-quality, precise seal and the cast iron lid valve ensure that the temperatures in the ceramic grill can be controlled precisely and without fluctuations.
Thanks to the extremely good seal, the charcoal not only glows through within a very short time, but is also extinguished just as easily. Simply close the air supply and the valve and the charcoal goes out in no time at all. The charcoal can even be reused for the next barbecue.
Monolith firebox and smoking rail for maximum convenience
The multi-part fire box of the Classic contains a metal base frame in which the five ceramic parts of the firebox are placed. The system thus minimizes the risk of stress cracks in the ceramic and ensures a long service life for the firebox. If necessary, the segments can also be replaced individually.
The metal base frame also includes a particularly practical ash collection system, which can be emptied quickly and easily using the ash shovel included in the scope of delivery.
Refine your barbecue specialties with the finest smoke aromas and enjoy real smoked specialties. The integrated smoking rail for filling with smoking chips offers an ingenious way of adding the smoking material directly to the embers without having to open the lid.
