Beschreibung
This listing is the Primo Oval X-Large Ceramic Charcoal Grill as a head only: the ceramic cooker, without the stand, side shelves or tools that come in the All-In-One package. Buy it this way when you already know where the grill is going — a cypress table, an island top, a cart base, or an opening cut into an outdoor kitchen counter.
The X-Large is the most commonly built-in Primo size, and it is the one with the most surrounds designed for it. Primo lists a full cypress table and a countertop table in this size, a two-piece island top, and cart bases with and without stainless steel side shelves, so you can pick the look and the working height rather than accepting whatever the grill came bolted to.
As a cooker, this is a charcoal grill that will also roast and smoke. Load lump charcoal, light one spot rather than the whole bed, and steer the temperature with the two vents. Add deflector plates and the fire stops radiating straight at the food, which is the switch between grilling a steak and holding a shoulder at low heat for twelve hours.
- Grill head only — the stand, shelves, ash tool and grate lifter are not included
- Sized for Oval X-Large tables, island tops, cradles and cart bases
- The deepest accessory range of the Primo Oval sizes
- Also sold as a Jack Daniel’s Edition of the same size
If you want it freestanding out of the box, buy the Primo Oval X-Large All-In-One package instead. For a surround, look at the Primo cypress table for the Oval X-Large, or the Primo 2-piece island top for the Oval X-Large and Large, which is built to sit on the Primo cart base with basket for the Oval X-Large and Large. More grills are in Primo grills.
