This is the temperature control kit for the Primo Oval Junior. Primo sells these kits one per grill size, so the Junior has its own and it is not interchangeable with the kit for a bigger oval.
Worth saying plainly, because the two categories are constantly mixed up: a thermometer hands you a reading and leaves the decision to you, and a controller takes a target from you and then works to keep the grill sitting on it. One is a measurement and the other is a job of work, and the Junior owners who get frustrated are usually the ones who bought the first when they wanted the second.
The Junior carries the smallest charcoal bed in the Oval range, and a smaller fire has less in reserve when conditions change, so it rewards steady management on a long cook. Made for the Primo Oval Junior ceramic charcoal grill and the Primo Oval Junior All-In-One package. The Primo Precision Control Kit Large is the same idea one size up, and the wider accessory range is in Primo grill accessories.
