Unlock steakhouse-quality searing on your RCS Premier Series grill with the RCS Infrared Burner (IR2632). This optional infrared burner delivers intense high heat for restaurant-style sears, so you can char the outside of a thick steak while keeping the inside tender and juicy.
Infrared heat also cooks thin cuts of meat and vegetables in a fraction of the usual time, making it great for fajitas, zucchini strips and quick appetizers. The burner installs in about 10 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver and simply replaces one of your existing main burners. Note: do not install more than one infrared burner per grill.
Compatible with: RCS RCG32, RJC26A, RJC32A/L and RJC40A/L grills.
