Unlock steakhouse-quality searing on your RCS grill with the RCS Infrared Burner (IR30). This optional infrared burner delivers intense high heat for restaurant-style sears, letting you char the outside of a thick steak while keeping the inside tender and juicy.

Infrared heat also cooks thin cuts of meat and vegetables in a fraction of the usual time, so fajitas, zucchini strips and quick-searing appetizers come out perfectly. The burner installs in about 10 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver and simply replaces one of your existing main burners. Note: do not install more than one infrared burner per grill.
